Contributing to the development and revitalization of the corporate sukuk issuance market in Egypt, by assisting various Egyptian companies in issuing, executing, and managing various sukuk formulas in the Egyptian capital market.
Contributing to supporting the issuance of various types of corporate bonds to enhance financing for private sector projects and increase their participation in supporting the Egyptian state’s economic development plans. It also works to achieve sustainable development within a framework of financial inclusion by achieving a balanced financing structure.
An Egyptian joint-stock company with the sole purpose of issuing Sukuk. It is established and licensed in accordance with the provisions of this law and owns the assets, benefits, rights, or project being financed on behalf of the Sukuk holders.
